DAGING GORENG KUNYIT

RECIPE INGREDIENT
300g beef, sliced
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
½ - 1 cup water
¼ tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
½ onion, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
2 long beans, sliced
¼ tsp. sugar

METHOD
1. Marinate beef slices with turmeric powder for 10 minutes. Then simmer with a lid on until beef is tender and water has dried up. Season with salt.

2. Leaving the beef in the pot, add in oil and wait till it starts sautéing. Then add in onions, chillies and long beans. Cook until veggies are tender. It should be dry.

3 . Season with sugar and a little more salt to taste. Serve with hot rice and kicap manis.
