INGREDIENTS
Sliced chicken/ prawns
Diced whole onion- 1
Diced garlic knobs- 2-3
Two cans prego tomato sauce
Chilli sauce- 1 tbsn
Cooking cream- 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese grated or
Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
First sauté whichever meat preferred in butter with salt & pepper. Take it out, and leave aside.
In the same pan, put a little oil and sauté diced onion & garlic till brown. Then add in tomato sauce (abt two cans), and add chilli sauce, salt & pepper.
After it cooks down for 10-15 mins, add cooking cream (to your liking).
Add in the cooked meat and cook for 5 mins. Add pasta and toss with Parmesan or mozzarella cheese.
